REGA HPV Decision Tree




RULES:

Rule 1: HPV subtype and species.
Subtype assigned based on sequence located in the L1 clustering inside a HPV subtype and subgroup with bootstrap > 70%.

Rule 2: check the report.
Subtype unassigned based on sequence located in the L1 clustering outside a HPV subtype and subgroup with bootstrap > 70%.

Rule 3: check the report.
Subtype unassigned based on sequence located in the L1 do not clustering with HPV subtype with bootstrap > 70%.

Rule 4: genomic region not supported.
HPV genomic region not supported for subtyping analysis identified with BLAST score > 200.
